All alumnae, guests and their families are invited to every reunion! Classes are especially invited back for each five year reunion.

Reunion 2008 features "all 3's and 8's" - the classes of: 1938, 1948, 1958, 1963, 1968, 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1998, and 2003.

Reunion 2009 will offer a special invitation to all the "4's and 9's" and so on.

The fee for the entire Reunion 2008 weekend including all meals and housing is $285.00 per person. Children's fees are less, and depend upon age and activities. Please see the Reunion 2008 Fees section for specific costs.

All alumnae, guests, and family members are required to pay a nominal registration fee. Other event fees may be included or omitted as listed in the Reunion 2008 Fees section.

A full refund, less registration fee, will be made if reservation is cancelled by May 12. A refund for optional fees will be made upon request if reservation is cancelled by May 12, or if the event is cancelled. Refunds cannot be made after May 12, as the Alumnae Association has by this time made all arrangements for your attendance.

Alumnae and their families will be grouped together by classes in residence halls. (Residence halls are completely coed so that classes may be housed together.) Those whose reservations are received after the May 5 deadline are not guaranteed housing with their classmates. Please note any special considerations or requests on your reservation form.

Remember, residence hall rooms contain only the barest essentials: made-up beds (sheets, one pillow and pillowcase, and one blanket), a towel, washcloth, soap, and plastic cups. Dorm rooms are not locked, so please leave your valuables at home or keep them in your car. If you travel by car you may wish to bring an extra blanket, a reading lamp, and coat hangers.

All dorms open at 1 p.m. on Friday and close at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Can we stay at the Florence Elston Inn?

The College reserves all the rooms at the Florence Elston Inn for the entire Reunion weekend. Volunteers helping directly with Reunion events, as well as guests with special needs are offered first housing at the Inn. If, after those offers have been made, there are rooms available, they are released to others with special age or other considerations.
