What things do your teammates do to get you pumped up and ready to play? My roommate, teammate Ashley Winters, and I always try to stay focused and help each other get into the competitive state-of-mind. All of my teammates love to laugh so we always kid around to help each other relax before the game.

What is the most rewarding part about being a student-athlete? The sense of intensity and accomplishment I experience on the court is irreplaceable. I love being part of a team and representing Sweet Briar.

What is your favorite place on campus? Believe it or not, my dorm room is my favorite place. A lot of crazy, fun and memorable experiences have occurred there.

Describe a time when you have done research with a professor, spent extra time on class work, or gotten help for a class. At the end of my Intro to American Government course, we were assigned the task of composing a fifteen page research paper. I spent time with my professor developing a thesis, adequately researching the topic and then editing the final draft.

How did you decide on your major(s)? Math has always come naturally to me, so the summer of my sophomore year in high school, I attended a three week intense mathematical theory course at Stanford University. That summer solidified my love of math and I knew I wanted to pursue a career in it.

What campus clubs/organizations are you involved in outside of athletics? the Honors Program, Young Democrats, PAWs, and Phi Beta Lambda.

Are you involved in any volunteer work? I help coach a local competitive volleyball team and through the PAWs organization I volunteer at the pet shelter.

What are your plans for after graduation? I plan on receiving my MBA from a top-twenty business school and ultimately becoming a CFO. Oh, and a family would be nice!

Most admired professional athlete? Misty May and Karch Kiraly. Both are legends and humble in person!

Favorite sports movie? I am a movie-a-holic, so I am going to have to pick two - "Love and Basketball" and "Quarterback Princess."

If you could be a superhero, what superhero power would you want? I think it would be amazing to be able to fly, since my last name is Jett and all.

An interesting fact about me is ... I am a competitive daredevil. I have ridden on the top three tallest roller coasters in the world and my mom and I have a tradition of skydiving on Mother's Day each year!
