What things do your teammates do to get you pumped up and ready to play? The constant saying of "Let's go Sweet!" and "We've got this Sweet!" When we are stretching we focus on what our goals are and that is when I get pumped.

Favorite characteristic(s) about your team? First word that comes to mind is crazy! We have a great bond between all the players, we can all have fun outside of practice, games and the season.

Why did you choose Sweet Briar? I loved that the campus was small. I could get to know almost everybody on campus and I would be known by my professors and not just a teacher's assistant.

What is your favorite place on campus? The trail right behind the boathouse. It sits right on the lake and it is a great place to go sit and think and enjoy nature.

Most challenging class? My History 136 class, yet it is my favorite class.

Describe a time when you have done research with a professor, spent extra time on class work, or gotten help for a class. In my English class last semester we had our final paper due and we had to incorporate another class to what we had learned. I chose to compare my medieval studies class. I believe I checked out over 15 books and movies to write my paper.

How did you decide on your major(s)? I love history -- I have always remembered historical events.

Are you involved in any volunteer work? I volunteer for my education class. We go to the Jubilee Center and tutor children. I also still go on mission trips and retreats with my church as a youth leader.

What are your plans for after graduation? I want to become a middle school teach, teaching history. I would love to travel around Europe before I start teaching.

Most admired professional athlete? Mia Hamm. She did so much for women's sports.

Favorite sports movie? It is a toss-up between "Bend It Like Beckham" and "We are Marshall."

If you could be a superhero, what superhero power would you want? I would want the ability to fly. That would be sweet!
