Welcome Employers! 

The Career Services Center welcomes employers to visit campus to participate in a variety of programs and activities, including on-campus recruiting. We highly value partnerships with employers that allow our students and faculty to stay current of activities and trends in the corporate arena. Our students and faculty are eager to learn as well as share education and experience. We view this partnership as a "win-win" experience for employers, students and faculty. Employers are invited to visit Sweet Briar to participate in programs, including:

  1. On-campus recruitment
    • Full-time employment
    • Part-time employment
    • Internships
    • Externships
  2. Career Management Series - workshops on a variety of topics for all students (first-year through senior year)
  3. Field/Major Specific Career Events

Long recognized for its challenging intellectual environment and individual focus on real life learning, Sweet Briar College recently ranked in the top 20 percent in all five areas in the new National Survey for Student Engagement, one of only four colleges to do so. Among all colleges surveyed, SBC has the highest score for student interaction with faculty in the senior year.

Step 3:  Enter your email address and click “Submit”.  This will ensure that you don’t already have an account with Experience.

Step 4:  Fill in all other required fields, agree to the “Terms of Service” and click the “Submit” button to complete the account creation process

Step 5: Next, select the link to “Request Link from School” to our school

Once we’ve accepted your request, we will notify you by email.  You will then have access to our database and can start your recruiting activity online. The system will allow you to post jobs and/or internships, search resume books, review and accept applicants, view a calendar of your events, communicate with candidates and keep in touch with us.
