Photography

Staff Photographer

If your on-campus event requires photography, a staff photographer using our digital camera and/or video camera, will be assigned. We appreciate 10 working days notice.

Professional Photographer

If your event requires the services of a professional photographer, please provide us with a budget line item number and a minimum of 30 working days notice.

Photo Release

A signed photo release form should be obtained for all photos in which the individual is identifiable. Copies of these forms may be obtained through the Office of College Relations or downloaded here:

Please ensure that the contract for any speaker, guest lecturer or performer allows them to be photographed.
