Explore Engineering for high school girls.

What are Explore Engineering events?

Explore Engineering events are a series of weekend and residential summer engineering design courses for high school women.

Our events are built around hands-on, team based design projects that emphasize creativity. No engineering experience is needed to attend.

We have now completed three full years of explore events!  More than 150 high school girls have attended one or more of our events.

Students have fun while working with engineering faculty and students. These events are a great way to see what engineering is all about.   Students stay with college mentors.
