Guidelines for the Class of 2014 Honors Thesis — Departmental Honors candidates
This form must be completed and submitted to the Honors Program at the end of the fall semester of junior year.
These forms must be submitted with all Senior Honors Thesis proposals at the beginning of the fall semester of senior year.
- Faculty Recommendation Form
- Department Endorsement Form
- Proposal Cover Sheet
- Petition for Credit — This should be submitted only if a student is requesting alternative credit for Junior Honors Research.
- Title Page Example 1, Example 2 — The title page must be signed by all members of the student's thesis committee and submitted with the final version of the work at the end of the spring term.
