For employees who are enrolled in the high-deductible medical plan, a Health Savings Account (HSA) is made available.  The College currently makes an annual contribution to each employee’s HSA. Participants may also contribute pre-tax dollars to their accounts. These dollars are used to help pay for the cost of out-of-pocket medical expenses.  Unused dollars may be saved or invested.  

·         Eligible employees may participate effective the first day-of-the-month following or coinciding with the employee's date-of-hire.
