Long term disability insurance is provided to eligible employees at no cost. This plan offers financial protection by paying a percentage of monthly earnings in the event of a covered disability.
· All active, full-time employees are eligible to participate in the life insurance plan effective the first day of the month following 90-days of continuous employment.
· Open enrollment is held in November.
