Choosing the right health care plan for you and your family is an important decision. Sweet Briar provides eligible employees a choice between two excellent medical plans with one of the largest medical provider networks in the industry. Both health care plans include vision benefits and prescription coverage and, in addition, provide preventive care services covered at 100%.
1. Plan 4 - PPO KeyCare Plan, or
2. Plan 6 - PPO High Deductible Plan with a Health Savings Account
- All active, full-time employees are eligible to participate in the medical plan effective the first day of the month following or coinciding with the employee’s date-of-hire.
- Open enrollment is held in November.
