Modern Languages and Literatures is a major that combines the study of three languages. It is intended for students who already have a good background in two languages above the intermediate level and who would like to develop proficiency in a third language. Students majoring in Modern Languages and Literatures can enhance their options in future careers in such fields as government, law, business, medicine, social service, journalism, or education.
