
The 11th annual Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference of Undergraduate Scholarship, also known as MARCUS, will be held Saturday, Oct. 10 at the Florence Elston Inn & Conference Center at Sweet Briar College.

attend a MARCUS conference — will present papers and posters on research topics
in the sciences, humanities, social sciences and interdisciplinary studies.
They represent 19 colleges and universities, including Sweet Briar.
The following Sweet Briar students will present papers and/or posters. Most conducted their research this past summer as part of the College’s Honors Summer Research Program.

Faculty, other students, and guests may continue to register for MARCUS until noon on Friday, Oct. 2. Conference attendees who do not register by the Oct. 2 deadline are welcome to attend the conference and register at the door, but lunch will not be included.
