The Vixen Volleyball team fought hard on Thursday night, but it just wasn’t enough to put them past Roanoke. Match scores were 20-25, 12-25, and 18-25.
After three games leading the way for the Vixens was senior Laura Jett (Littleton, CO) who came up with 2 assists and 17 digs. Also boosting the Vixens stats was junior Hope Troxler (Gibsonville, NC) who had 12 assists and 7 digs.
The Vixens are back in action this Saturday. They will host Randolph College at 11:00 am and Southern Virginia University is scheduled for 3:00 pm, following the match up of Randolph College against Southern Virginia University scheduled for 1:00 pm at Williams Gymnasium.
