What to Wear and Things to Bring

Cocktail (festive) attire is appropriate for the special dinners honoring the Class of 1974 and post-fiftieth classes on Friday evening, as well as for the Celebration Dinner and Dance Saturday night. Casual attire is appropriate for all other meals and events. The weather can be fickle in May and June, so it is better to bring a sweater and raincoat, although we usually have warm, sunny days. Bring your athletic equipment, your camera, your bathing suit and towel, and your walking shoes!

Child Care Program

Children’s packages include housing, meals and the children’s program Saturday evening only. Parental supervision is required at all times for all activities other than the children’s program. The children’s program will include age-appropriate activities and supervision by a trained and certified child care worker with additional student assistants.

Special Information You Provide

We ask that you provide any special conditions, needs, food preferences, allergies, as well as children’s ages for program planning purposes and for your safety and comfort while on campus.

Lodging

Reunion classes being celebrated (4s and 9s in 2024) are given campus lodging preference if bookings are completed by April 23, 2024. We will strive to book class members together who have completed their registration by the early bird deadline. Those class members who register after the early bird registration deadline cannot be guaranteed room assignments within the class designated residence halls.

Fees will not be reduced if you choose to stay somewhere other than an on campus residence hall. Rooms include a single bed, pillow, sheets (two flat sheets and a pillowcase) and two towels and washcloths per person.

Green Village

Green Village is a housing option package only. It does not include registration for any Reunion meals or activities. Choosing Green Village offers two nights lodging for four people for $500 (which breaks down to $62.50 per person/night). You must sign up for Package A for each adult and select an appropriate child’s package for any children age 15 and under. The units have four rooms with a single bed, and two full baths. Additionally, the units have appliances including TV, microwave, washer, dryer and dishwasher but no kitchenware (for example, plates, glasses, utensils, pots & pans) is provided. You must supply kitchenware. Beds, pillows, sheets (two flat sheets and a pillowcase) and two towels and washcloths per person.

Units in the Green Village are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The ground floor units are wheelchair accessible. Please indicate under the “special conditions” section if wheelchair accessibility is needed. The cost of the unit is $500 (which breaks down to $62.50 per person/night) for four people for Friday and Saturday nights. Please note that there is a two-night minimum stay and the maximum occupancy for each unit is four. Fees will not be reduced for units with less than four guests.

Unit reservations must be accompanied by payment. Only one occupant should submit payment for her group of four in the unit.

Reunion fees are not reduced for selection of the Green Village instead of residence hall housing.
