How can we help you?
Are you looking for the Sweet Briar brand guide? Or maybe you need business cards or stationery? We can help!
Please select the type of service you’d like to request from the list below, click the link and submit a work order. If you don’t see what you need, send an email to communications@sbc.edu or call 434-381-6262.
Business Cards, Letterhead and Name Badges
Letterhead, Envelopes, Mailing Labels, Printable Paper Name Tags
We have a limited quantity of these items on hand. Once a request is made, on-hand items will be available for pickup or delivery via campus mail fairly quickly. If we do not have the inventory to meet your request, it will take two to three weeks to get items printed and delivered. Please note that paper name tags are printed 8-up on a sheet. Order Now >
Business Cards
Proof(s) will be emailed for final approval prior to the order being placed.
Please note that the typical turnaround time for business cards is 2-3 weeks. It can be done more quickly, but the minimum time is 10 days for a rush job. Shipping is more economical when larger orders are placed, so orders are grouped together whenever possible. However, if you need to have an order expedited, we’ll be happy to take care of it and will do our best to give you an accurate estimate of charges. Order Now >

Photography and Video Policy
All students are required to submit a signed media release statement as part of Sweet Briar’s new student onboarding process. While the vast majority of students grant permission for the College to use images (photographs and video) of them in marketing materials, there are a few students each year who do not. It is the responsibility of the student to notify the Office of Communications and/or the person capturing the media if they do not wish to have their image (photographs and video) taken or used.
