Your Event Headquarters

Our Wailes Conference Center offers five meeting spaces that can accommodate gatherings of most sizes. All meeting rooms are equipped with the latest technology and catering is available.

We offer a wide variety of venues appropriate for different events: weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, meetings, conferences and more. Rates are based on the number of hours reserved and the required setup needed.

You can rent all or part of the Wailes Conference Center, including individual rooms or an entire level.

Upper Level

The upper level of the conference center includes both the Boxwood Room and Wailes Lounge as well as a large, open entry area with a fireplace. Together, the space will accommodate about 200 guests.

Lower Level

The lower level of the conference center includes four rooms, two of which can be combined into a larger space. All of the rooms can be set up for meals or meetings. You can reserve the entire downstairs or individual rooms.

Catering

Catering is available through our partnership with Meriwether Godsey. Offerings range from breakfast, lunch and light appetizers to formal, sit-down meals. Service can also include alcoholic beverages.
