It’s true: We’re like family here. Thirty percent of us live on campus, and those who don’t live nearby. We come together outside of work as often as we can to bond with each other, celebrate our successes and learn from one another. Maybe it’s a potluck at the boathouse, an honors awards ceremony, a lecture or a party at the president’s house. We’re all part of one mission that is bigger than any of us: educating compassionate and confident women leaders for the 21st century.
