‘Sweet Spring Voices’ on tap in upcoming choir concert

Sweet Briar’s Chamber and Concert choirs will present their spring concert, titled “Sweet Spring Voices,” at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 24, in Memorial Chapel.

“We will perform selections from Schubert’s Mass in G, as well as a beautiful version of ‘Shenandoah’ featuring Anne Meyer [’19] on the viola,” says choir director Marcia Thom-Kaley.

Soloists for the Mass in G selections will be Kayleigh Bekisz ’20, Gwendolyn Bekisz ’20, Tory Fairman ’17 and Jordan Sack ’20.

Assistant professor of music Anna Billias will provide accompaniment on the piano.
