The Sweet Briar College Board of Directors approved its bylaws on Saturday during its final board meeting.
The bylaws of the Board of Directors are designed to enable it and the Sweet Briar community to engage in ongoing and integrated planning and evaluation processes that incorporate a systematic review of institutional mission, goals, and outcomes; result in continuing improvement in institutional quality; and demonstrate the institution is meeting the requirements of Virginia law and the Williams Will.
