In a Harvard survey of LGBTQ folks, 20% of respondents reported experiencing discrimination when applying for positions. Attend this Open Dialogue to hear from Queer folks about their experience navigating the job search and workplace as a young professional. Religious trauma is real and pervasive, leaving many people feeling paralyzed and full of shame, and it is important that our community know that there are tools to begin to unpack it and compassionate therapists who are able to support that process of healing from religious trauma.
