Electronic Transcripts (After 2000)
Current and former students who attended the college after 2000 can order an electronic transcript through our transcript service provider, the National Student Clearinghouse. Fees will vary depending on the options selected. The registrar’s office cannot produce an electronic version of your transcript so this is the only option if you want a transcript emailed.
Current students can request to have the transcript delayed until the current term’s grades or degrees are posted to the record. Once those items have been posted, the system will automatically process the request.
To optimize the ordering process, the SSN or Student ID (PIDM) is recommended for the fastest record-matching. We also recommend that you enter your phone number for text messaging about the order status. Orders that have complete information are generally processed within 1 to 2 hours of receipt of the order.
Students Prior to 2000
Students who attended the college before 2000 will only be able to order a printed copy of their transcript, as there is no electronic version available. All requests, whether made in person, by mail, or fax, must be in writing and signed by the requestor. We will not accept a request from anyone else, including parents or employers, unless they have a signed release from the student or alumna. The request must be made in writing using the Transcript Request Form. See additional information under “Official Transcript” about order processing.
Official Transcript
This is the official listing, by semester, of all coursework attempted through the college, including grades and official GPA. The transcript also indicates degree completion information, if applicable. The college no longer provides class rank information on a transcript.
Please use the Transcript Request Form to request an official paper transcript. Please provide the full mailing address (including recipient name, college/university name, and organization name) on the request form.
While there is no charge for ordering a paper transcript, we have noticed an increase in the amount of time it takes for delivery through the postal service with delivery taking up to 2 weeks. Documents sent through normal USPS mail services are not tracked and we are unable to control delivery times. If you are under a time constraint for delivery, we recommend accelerated delivery by Priority Mail (USPS), FedEx, or UPS available for a fee. The fee is dependent on the rates charged by the delivery service and the location of the transcript recipient. Note that accelerated delivery must include a physical street address, not a P.O. box for delivery. Please see the bottom of the Transcript Request Form for details.
All administrative holds must be resolved with the college before the official transcript will be released.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process the request. Please allow additional processing time for coursework completed prior to 2000 and for requests made at the beginning and end of each academic semester.
