Our certificate in Equine Studies- Management Concentration combines business and environmental science courses with riding courses to prepare you for an equine career.

In Equine Studies- Teaching and Schooling Concentration you earn a teaching certificate through education and riding coursework and practical experience.

Courses

We have almost fifty courses on our books, serving every level of rider, from beginner to professional.

For beginners, there are classes like Introduction to Horses and Riding I so you can learn the basics of ​​how to safely interact, lead, groom and tack up/untack a horse and how to mount/dismount, steer, go/stop and basic position.

If you’re going to spend your life around horses and riders, we have classes like Teaching Techniques for Student Teachers, Schooling Young and Problem Horses and Internships.
