Account Authentication Update!

You may have already noticed the introduction of a new wireless network, “Sweet Briar”, which replaces SBC Wifi. To connect to the Sweet Briar wifi, simply use your SBC Online Services credentials, the same ones you use to access my.sbc.edu.

Furthermore, the Infobase Learning portal is now accessible using your SBC Online Services credentials. Click this link to explore these resources: Infobase Learning Portal

Starting on Wednesday, February 14th, there will be a change in VPN authentication. To access the VPN, update your VPN settings to reflect your SBC Online Services password. Your username should remain unchanged.

If you encounter any issues, please email helpdesktickets@sbc.edu to submit a work order.

In the near future, you will receive an email invitation from KnowBe4 <do-not-reply@training.knowbe4.com> informing you that you have been enrolled in a specific cybersecurity class. Once you have received such an email, click on the training link contained in the email to log in to the KnowBe4 training site and start your training. Once you have successfully logged in to the KnowBe4 training site, click on the drop down beside your email address, and then click on the My Training link to start your training.

Upon successful completion of your training, you will able to download your Certification of Achievement.
