Help Desk

At the heart of Technology Services is the Help Desk, which provides comprehensive technical support, computer repair and media services. Available by email, phone and in person, the Help Desk is your first stop for assistance with your network-connected devices, systems and software.

We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP). We offer the following services:

  • Warranty repair for Apple and Dell computers

  • Consultations/quotes for non-warranty repairs on Apple and Window computers, on a limited basis

  • A “loaner” laptop while we diagnose and/or repair your computer, these are for short-term use only (1-2 weeks). The assigned equipment and accessories must be returned to Technology Services within the agreed upon date or when requested by an appropriate College official.
